IC: <Thunderbug, Luhki's Ladies member>
The Thunderbug closes its bay doors as the familiar Porax-38 ship touches down with a quiet landing. The cockpit hisses open, and a rosy-hued woman jumps out of the ship. She quickly ruffles her sapphire blue hair and heads out of the bay. As she walks the hallways, a loud buzzing signals as Luhki's voice projects from the walls.
"Hey there, lady. You don't think Gashu'll be mad with you usin' The Swindler, do ya?" The woman chuckles a bit, "No, boss, of course not. You know she and I are tighter than a Squib's grip on junk." She begins to poke around at one of the pouches on her belt. "Speakin' of junk, I got that bizarre part you wanted."
"Great! If you could just drop it off with Paal, then I'll setcha up with the next job." His voice fades as the sound of clicking and beeping can be heard. "Paal, shut this damn thing off!" A small voice studders, "Right away, sir!" as the com clicks off. The woman smirks as she reaches the end of the hall. "He'll never get the hang of it." she mudders to herself. The doors swish open to a large room with a circular desk in the middle. Sitting at the desk is a male Duros frantically connecting com channels and answering questions.
"Paal here. Yes, I'll be sure to let him know." he quickly switches tones, "I don't care how long you've waited, it will be a bit longer." he notices the petite woman headed towards him. "Ah, Larayel! It's been awhile. Well...not really..." The Duros trails off as he starts clicking more buttons.
"Hi there, Paal. I see you're busy, so I won't keep you. Just make sure Luhki gets this." She digs a small round item out of her belt and throws it on the counter. "Oh, and make sure that I get paid this time. I don't work for free...usually." She winks at Paal. "Have fun with the clients, I'm off to bed." She turns and begins walking to her sleeping quarters.
"WAIT!" the Duros yelps, "I have something here for you. Well...not for you, but for..." Larayel stops. "Could you give this data chip to Miss Neek for me?" A grin can be seen on the woman's bright pink face. "You see, I wrote this letter for her..." Larayel turns around and looks the Duros dead in the eyes.
"Really?" She mutters, "Think about it, Paal." The woman flips her hair as she walks off. Paal pulls the data pad back and looks at it as his eyes widen. He slaps his head, then quickly clicks the console in front of him. "You still there? Yes sir, I know. Well, I did tell you to wait..." Larayel sighs as she continues to her quarters.
